Field Trips at Vermilionville
Admission to Vermilionville is $4/student as part of a group of 20 or more
Complimentary admission:
Bus Driver and 1 Adult with every 10 students
All other adults who pay as group of 20 or more- $6.00 each (tax included)
Included in admission price is a self-guided tour of Vermilionville and a guided tour of our Watershed Exhibit. The Watershed Exhibit can accommodate 15 students at a time and takes about 45 minutes.
Additional Options:
Guided Vermilionville Tour: Schedule a tour guide to take your group through the village. We suggest one tour guide for every class. Our guides are knowledgeable about the architecture, plant life, and lifestyles represented in our village. Each tour guide is an additional cost of $25.
Boat Tour: The boat tour can accommodate 15 students at a time (minimum of 6)and lasts for 1 1/2 hours. A ride on the Cocodrie is an additional cost of $4 per student. This is a 1/2 price offer only available to students. The boat tour costs $8 for adults accompaning the students on the tour. Shorter boat tours for a discounted price can also be arranged.
